Our signature group classes are fun, empowering and uplifting. With only 6 spaces in a class, you’re guaranteed hands on instruction from our expert trainer. Many of our classes are suitable for all levels, but we also have options for beginners who want to learn the ropes, those seeking a more grounded, gentle practise and those keen to work up a sweat.

Dynamic reformer pilates classes

Dynamic

Dynamic is our Signature Reformer class – low impact but high energy, guaranteed to raise your heart rate, bring the burn and get results.

Expect a holistic full body session, with a core-centric focus, working through expansive movement and leaving no muscle group untouched.

Empowering and uplifting, a Core&Co Dynamic class will always challenge you, and allow you to push past limits with the support of an expert, hands-on trainer. We’ll always finish the class with a deep stretch and a moment of stillness before you leave.

Gentle

Gentle is Core & Slow – our slower pace class, perfect for those finding their way back into movement after injury, pregnancy, or those newer members of our community who want to start things off quietly.

A grounding, gentle class will still bring full-body engagement, working through breathwork, balance and a focus on technique while maintaining our simple philosophy: We Start with Movement.

Cardiocore reformer pilates classes

Cardiocore

Cardiocore is our highest energy class, where we use jumpboards to have you bouncing, jumping and flying.

Expect to break a sweat, get your heartrate up, push yourself and have a laugh. Enjoy the addictive feeling of Reformer Pilates with a high energy and invigorating class -plus a playlist to match. Cardiocore is not suitable for beginners.

New to Reformer? We've got you.

At Core & Co we offer New Starter Sessions – a collection of Beginner’s Bootcamps, Beginner’s Courses and one off classes catering for those who are new to Reformer and keen to learn the basics from the ground up in a supportive environment. You’ll learn the core principles of traditional Pilates, work through classical choreography and challenge yourself through.
