Private training

You may like to begin your Reformer journey with some hands-on private training, while you find your flow on a Reformer.

Or perhaps, you’d like to deepen your practise and increase your strength quickly and on your own schedule by booking 1-1 sessions.

If you’re recovering from an injury or illness, it’s likely you’ll benefit from some individual attention to address specific and bespoke requirements. All bodies are different, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to rehabilitation or recovery. 

Matilda works with a limited number of private clients on a case-by-case basis.
