We’re in the eves of Days Mill – through the entrance at 8 Fountain Street, above Warrior and Wild and the Canteen. Just keep going up the stairs!

There’s 2 hours free parking anywhere in Nailsworth.

Most of our classes are mixed level, but we offer lots of beginner’s only sessions. Find out more about Beginner Sessions.

You can cancel and rebook any time up to 24 hours before your class.

Always! There’s always movement within our bookings.

In short – yes, if you are in your first or second trimester and have checked with your GP. Make sure you tell your instructor, even if you’re only a few weeks along. Exercises will be modified for you, and there will be some exercises you can’t do. But Reformer is safe for pregnancy and our instructors are Pre and Post Natal trained.

In short – absolutely, if your GP/physio has OK’d it. But depending on the severity of the injury and where you are in your recovery, a private session might be a better option for you. If you come to class make sure you tell your instructor and it will be their call to adapt or suggest you’re not ready for a class. You know your body better than anyone – so make sure you feel ready to exercise and we will help you recover.
